Zoho Integration with Acefone

To integrate Zoho PhoneBridge with Acefone, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Zoho CRM account.

  1. Enter your Email ID and Password. Click Sign In.

  1. Click on the setting icon on the top-right corner of the page.

  1. Click on Telephony.

  1. Click Acefone.

  1. Click Install.

  1. Select All User and click Install.

  1. Login to Acefone portal.

  1. Click on the Services tab on the side-navigation.

  2. Click Integrations.

  3. Activate the Zoho integration with Acefone by enabling the toggle.

  1. Click on Enable button.

  1. Select the Extension from the drop-down list and click on Integrate Zoho Phonebridge.

  1. Click on Accept button to authenticate Acefone with Zoho.

  1. Once the integration is successful, you will get the following pop-up.

Click on Call button to connect with your customer or leads.

Add Call notes and set Follow Up Action after Call Disposition.
