MS Teams

Steps to Integrate Acefone with MS Teams:

1. Click on the Services tab on the side-navigation.

2. Click Integration.

3. Activate the MS Teams integration with Acefone by clicking the Toggle button.

4. The application will now appear under the Integrated Applications section. Click on Instructions.

5. Click on Enable, select the user for integration and click Save.

6. Login to MS teams web portal.

7. Click on Apps tab from side-bar in MS teams and add the Acefone application.

8. Login with the team member account.

Post successful integration, you can make calls from MS Teams using Acefone.
