The Acefone portal allows you to view Real Time Call Extensions.

To view all Real time calls, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Reports tab on the side-navigation.

  2. Click Real Time Calls.

  3. A list of Calls that are currently live whether inbound or outbound along with relevant details are shown.
