Acefone for Zoho CRM

To integrate Acefone for Zoho CRM, follow these steps:

1. Log in with your Zoho CRM credential to access Zoho marketplace.

2. Click Install.

3. Select the checkboxes and click Install.

4. Select the checkboxes and click Install Now

5. Log in to you Zoho CRM account.

6. Click on the Telephony icon in the bottom-right corner.

7. Click on Setting icon.

8. Click Login To Continue and log in with your Acefone credential.

9. Click on Contacts in the top-left corner.

10. Now, you can call any of your contacts just by clicking on the call icon. This works for both inbound and outbound calls.
