Queue Monitoring

The Acefone portal allows you to monitor Queue stats

To view all your Queue stats, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Reports tab on the side-navigation.

2. Click on Wallboard and then select Queue Monitoring.

3. A list of your Queue stats and live calls along with relevant details are shown.
