Intercom Directory

The Acefone portal allows you to manage intercom directory. You may generate a phonebook & also set a desired password on your phonebook.

To view the entries of intercom directory, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Services tab on the side-navigation.

2. Click Intercom Directory.

3. A list of all the entries is displayed along with the relevant details.

To view and generate a phonebook, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Services tab on the side-navigation.

2. Click Intercom Directory.

3. Click on Generate Phonebook. A phonebook is generated.

4. To view Phonebook , click on View Phonebook.

It displays the relevant phonebook.

You can make changes to the Intercom Directory and then click Regenerate Phonebook button to regenerate a phonebook updated with recent changes.

5. To change password Click on Set Password.

7. Enter the password & click Save.
