Freshsales

Steps to Integrate Acefone with Freshsales:

1. Click on the Services tab on the side-navigation.

2. Click Integration.

3. Activate the Freshsales integration with Acefone by clicking the Enable button.

4. The below dialog box populates, which prompts you to enter Freshsales Domain and Freshsales API Token.

5. Enter your Freshsales account Domain, which is your Freshsales account's URL.

6. The API token can be fetched from your Freshsales account by clicking on Profile Settings under your profile icon.

7. Click on Settings, as shown below:

8. Click on API Settings, confirm the captcha by ticking the checkbox.

9. Copy the API key and paste it in the Acefone portal.

10. Once the integration is successful, you will get the following pop-up.

11.An Acefone icon gets attached to your Freshsales interface, login to get started.

12. Click on the icon to start making calls from Freshsales using Acefone.
