Call Queue Report

The Acefone portal allows you to view Call Queue reports

To view all your Call Queue stats, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Reports tab on the side-navigation.

2. Click Call Queue reports.

3. A list of your Call Queue report and call stats along with relevant details are shown.
