Offline Payments

The Acefone portal allows you to track record of all the payments made by you on your customer's account.

Offline Payments are payments made via manual/offline mode of payments.

To view offline payments made for your account, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Billing tab on the side-navigation.

2. Click Payment History.

3. A list of all the offline payments along with the relevant details appear.
