Departments

The Acefone portal allows you to create & manage departments. You may edit/delete, as well as create a new department which is later used to assign ring groups/IVRs etc.

To create an department, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Services tab on the side-navigation.

2. Click Departments.

3. Click on Add Department.

4. Enter the Department Name & click Save.

5. Click on Select an Action button and click Edit, Delete to perform the desired operation on the Department.
