Voicemail

The Acefone portal allows you to create and manage voicemails.

Voicemail is a voice message that a caller may leave when there is no response of the phone call.

To create a Voicemail, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Services tab placed on the side-navigation.

2. Click Voicemail.

3. Click on Add Voicemail on top right of the page.

4. Enter the basic details and select the recording to be played.

Note: In the Email field, multiple email addresses can be added by separating them with a comma (,).

5. Click Save to finish adding voicemail.

To view, edit or delete a voicemail, click on Select an Action button to perform the desired action.
