Email Templates
The Acefone portal allows you to create & manage email templates.
To create an email template, follow these steps:

Click on the Services tab on the side-navigation.

Click Email Templates.

Click on Add Email Template.
- Enter all the required details & click Save.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name* | Enter the name of the email template to be created. |
| Template Type* | Select the type of the email template. |
| Message | Enter the message you want to send. |
| Email ID* | Enter the email ID to send the message. |
| CC Emails | Enter the email IDs to send a copy of the same message. |
To edit or delete an email template, click Select an Action button present next to it and perform the desired action.
