Microsoft Office 365 CRM

To integrate Microsoft Office 365 with Acefone, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Services tab on the side-navigation.

2. Click Integrations.

3. Select Office 365 and activate the integration with Acefone.

4. Select the user and enable the application for the selected user by clicking the Enable button.

5. Download Acefone Extension For Office365 by clicking on Add to Chrome button.

6. Click on extension icon and login to your Office 365 Chrome extension with selected user account credentials.

7. Click on Contacts and SignIn with Office365 button.

8. Enter the credentials and click Next.

9. Once the integration is successful, you will get the following screen.

Make call directly to your Microsoft Outlook Contacts.

Add leads directly from the Acefone webphone and save them to your microsoft outlook contact's list.
