Music on Hold
The Acefone portal allows you to upload/manage music on hold.
Music on Hold audio recordings are stored in this section. This option allows you to upload, delete and view Music on Hold audio recordings.
To upload music on hold, follow these steps:

Click on the Services tab on the side-navigation.

Click Music on Hold.

A list of all the music on hold recording`s appear along with the relevant details.

Click on Upload Music.
- Enter the File Name & select if you want to upload an existing recording or create a new recording.

Choose file in case you wish to upload an existing recording.

Select Create Recording in order to create a new recording.
- Enter the text & generate recording.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| File Name | Enter the file name of the recording. |
| Recording Type | Select, if you want to upload an existing recording or create a new recording. |
| Speech Accent | Select the speech accent from the existing options. |
| Voice Sample | Select the voice sample from the existing samples. |
| Input Text | Enter the recording text. |
- Click on Select an Action button and click Delete to remove the Music on Hold.
