Speed Dial
The Acefone portal allows you to create & manage Speed Dials. You may edit/delete, as well as create a new Speed Dial.
Speed dial is a feature wherein you may customize some numbers to be associated with some dial buttons. One click on dial button enables the call to be placed on the number associated with the dial button.
To create a Speed Dial, follow these steps:

Click on the Services tab on the side-navigation.

Click Speed Dial.

A list of all the speed dial numbers appear along with the relevant details.

Click on Add Speed Dial.
- Enter the required details & click Save.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Enter the name to be assigned to speed dial. |
| Speed Dial | Enter the dial number for speed dial. |
| Assign To | Select if speed dial is required to assigned . |
| Speed Dial Extension/Custom number | Select the extension if speed dial is required to be assigned to number./ Enter the custom number is speed dial is required to be assigned to any number. |
Click Select an Action button next to the Speed Dial to perform edit or delete operation on it.
