Steps to Integrate Acefone with Pipedrive CRM:

1. Click on the Services tab on the side-navigation.

2. Click Integration.

3. Select Pipedrive CRM from Integrations under Services tab and enable the Pipedrive CRM integration with Acefone by switching the toggle button.

4. Click on Instructions, a new page opens and click Enable.

5. Select the user and enable the CRM for the selected user.

6. Enter the API Token of your Pipedrive CRM Account.

7. For API Token, go to your Pipedrive Account, Click on Settings > Personal preferences > API. Click the Copy button.

8. Copy and paste the API token, and click Save button.

9. Download Acefone-Pipedrive extension.

10. Login with user credentials.

11. Get notifications whenever you make calls.

Get call related activities and create custom reports.

After a call disconnects, click on Add Lead button to add any new lead automatically in your CRM.
