Ace CRM

To integrate AceCRM with Acefone, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Services tab on the side-navigation.

2. Click Integration.

3. Enable the AceCRM integration with Acefone by enabling the toggle button.

4. Click on Instructions.

5. A new page opens. Click the Enable button.

6. Select the user, role & click Save.

7. Login to Acefone with the user account for which integration is enabled and click on Switch to AceCRM button.

8. You will get switched to AceCRM. This is how the dashboard looks like:

Make outgoing calls and view incoming call notifications.

Click on the Add Lead button to save the contact details of any new lead in your crm.

New contact addition form opens. Fill in the details and click the Save button.

Access all your call logs.

View your contacts, leads and various other CRM features.
