Acefone Call Flow for VRe

The Acefone portal allows you to create & manage virtual receptionists.

Virtual Receptionist is an automated telephony system that can allow a computer to interact with humans through a combination of voice and touch tone input.

To create a virtual receptionist, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Services tab on the side-navigation.

  2. Click Virtual Receptionist.

  3. A list of all the virtual receptionists appear along with the relevant details.

  4. Click on Add Virtual Receptionist.

How to create a Virtual Receptionist?

  1. Enter the Basic Details.

  2. Select the Department & License/Bundle.

Note: Click on Add New, if you wish to add new department.

  1. Enable the Assign Number toggle, if you wish to assign a number to virtual receptionist.

  1. Enter Intercom Number, select Destination, Business Hour & Failover Destination.

  1. Enter the text & click Finish.

DestinationSelect Call Menu.
Business HourSelect the business hour.
Failover DestinationSelect the failover destination, ie, the destination where call will be forwarded to, after it is not received by any extension.

Click on Select an Action button next to a Virtual Receptionist to perform edit or delete operation on it.
