Steps to Integrate Acefone with GSuite:

1. Click on the Services tab on the side-navigation.

2. Click Integration.

3. Activate the GSuite integration with Acefone by clicking the Toggle button.

4. The application will now appear under the Integrated Applications section. Click on Instruction.

5. Click on Enable.

6. Select the user for integration and click Save.

7. Login to Gmail with the same email ID assigned to the user.

8. Click on Get Add-ons icon on the right side.

9. Search Acefone in the search bar and click on Acefone logo.

10. Click on Install.

11. Click Continue.

12. Choose the Google account.

13. Click Allow.

14. Click on the Acefone logo highlighted in the below screenshot.

15. Click on Begin Authorization.

16. Choose the Google account.

17. Click Continue.

18. Enter the Acefone user web Login ID and click on Request OTP.

19. Enter the OTP and click Enter OTP.

20. Now, you can call directly if any email comes with a phone number.

Note: To make calls, your extension status should be online and the number being dialled should have the country code.
